At ChicBody, we are committed to providing our customers with a safe, transparent, and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns/exchanges for eligible products within 8 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Product tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • Customer must provide order details and valid proof of purchase.
  • The return request must be raised within the eligible return period.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Intimate wear / lingerie products
  • Personal hygiene products
  • Opened beauty & personal care products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

(Only unused and sealed products may qualify as per our return guidelines.)

3. Damaged, Wrong or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Product images/videos
  • Unboxing proof (if available)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Size/color exchange is available only for eligible products.
  • Exchange depends on product availability.
  • Only one exchange request is allowed per order.
  • Products must meet the return condition requirements.

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), ChicBody will manage the return process.
  • For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be applicable.

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed through available online payment methods after verification.

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Supporting images (if required)

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Policy Changes

ChicBody reserves the right to update this Return & Exchange Policy when required. Any changes will be published on this page.
