Return & Exchange Policy

At Chic Body, we understand the importance of being aware of the return and exchange policies before making an online purchase. Below, you'll find all the details regarding our return and exchange procedures.

We take pride in ensuring that all our products undergo a rigorous inspection and are handled with the utmost care before they are packaged. Our delivery team also ensures that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances where you receive a faulty or damaged product, please review the following conditions and limitations for returns or exchanges.

When Are Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange? Chic Body does not accept returns or exchanges for products that fall under the following categories:

  1. Worn products
  2. Products that appear to have been washed
  3. Products with missing tags
  4. Soiled or stained products, including those with glitter or other particles
  5. Products that emit perfume, lotion fragrance, or body odor
  6. Products returned without their original packaging
  7. Products purchased during clearance sales, regardless of issues with color, style, quality, or size
  8. Products bought using seasonal, promotional offers, coupon codes, or special offers, unless they are faulty or damaged
  9. Products that have already been exchanged once
  10. Products that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Which Products Cannot Be Returned/Exchanged? Due to hygiene considerations, Chic Body follows strict guidelines regarding the return of intimate wear. The following products are non-returnable:

  1. Panties
  2. Leg wear
  3. Shape wear
  4. Swimwear
  5. Nightwear, except for pajama and shorts sets
  6. All accessories
  7. Bralettes
  8. Cami bras
  9. Tube bras
  10. Lingerie sets

Products Eligible for Return/Exchange You may return or exchange the following items in cases of size issues or product faults, subject to availability and customer preference:

  1. Bras, excluding bralettes, cami bras, tube bras, and lingerie sets
  2. Pajama or shorts nightwear sets

Return/Exchange Process If your product(s) meet the criteria outlined above, they are eligible for return or exchange. Here’s how to proceed:

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
  • You can place an exchange order directly through your Chic Body account on the orders page.
  • Alternatively, you can call our customer care team at 9797-36-9797 for assistance with returns or exchanges.
  • You can also connect with us via our Support Portal by sending an email. Please include your order ID in the subject line and attach images of the product to help us better understand your issue.
  • Once the return or exchange is initiated, a courier agent will pick up the product within 48 hours.

Please note that the collection of the product by the courier agent does not guarantee that the return or exchange will be approved. Our examination team will review the product before approving your return or exchange request within 4-7 business days. To ensure a smooth process, please:

  1. Properly fold and pack the product as it was received.
  2. Ensure all tags are still attached.
