Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description provided on our website, you may be eligible for a refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the process.

  2. Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us immediately to arrange for the return and refund process.

  3. Non-Receipt of Products: If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time and is deemed lost in transit, we will issue a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Intimate Wear: Due to hygiene reasons, items such as panties, legwear, shapewear, swimwear, nightwear (except pajama and shorts sets), and all accessories are non-refundable.
  • Final Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance or final sales are non-refundable.
  • Exchanged Products: Products that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate the Request: Contact our customer support team at 9797-36-9797 or through our Support Portal within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide your order ID and details of the issue.

  2. Return the Product: Once your refund request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up by our courier agent. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  3. Inspection and Approval: After we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it. Once the product passes inspection, we will process your refund within 4-7 business days.

  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exceptions

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 4-7 business days after the returned product passes inspection. However, the time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
